Most of Great Bear's biomass is in the form of large conifers, but hundreds of lesser plants also contribute to its tremendous biodiversity. A huge variety of flowering plants, including foamflowers, bunchberries, and aster, carpet the forest floor. These NOOTKA LUPINES are in the Kshwan River estuary, at the far north of the rainforest.
