Yankee Boy Basin is made up of a patchwork of public and private lands that straddle the rugged San Juan Mountains between Telluride and Ouray, Colorado.

Here, in the UNCOMPAGHRE NATIONAL FOREST meadows surrounding Imogene Pass, a tapestry of wildflowers unfolds each July and August. Hikers, mountain bikers and photographers come from around the world to marvel at this alpine display.
