Smarter Living: Recipes

The following recipe was graciously provided by Alexandra Jamieson. Serves 4

Ingredients
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup natural, unsweetened nut butter (try pecan or almond)
1 banana
3 cups vanilla soy milk
1 tsp. vitamin C powder

Method
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into individual glasses and serve with a wide straw.
