ROBERTA ELIAS is an advocate for NRDC's ocean initiative in Washington, D.C. She works to protect, maintain and restore ocean health through the development and advancement of legislation and policies to promote habitat protection, the sustainability of fish populations and funding for ocean management and conservation.
