This is a satellite image taken last year of the Ukrainka Air Base in Russia's Far East. NRDC experts calculated that if a warhead were dropped at the red points, then the probability of destroying any Russian Bear nuclear bombers within the red circles is greater than 90 percent. Just three W76 warheads could destroy the entire base.
