As a freelance journalist based in New York and a correspondent for Outside magazine, Tim Sohn has traveled all over the world, from the highest summit in the Americas to the Navy SEALs obstacle course to hosting a documentary for the Travel Channel in Papua, Indonesia, to summers in the remote Bristol Bay region of Alaska. He is currently working on his first book, about Pebble Mine.
