Who Loses If Gingrich Gets His Wish to Abolish the EPA?

Gingrich tells AP that "We need to have an agency that is first of all limited, but cooperates with the 50 states," Gingrich said. "The EPA is based on bureaucrats centered in Washington issuing regulations and litigation and basically opposing things."

Actually, the person who is totally disconnected because he's so DC focused is Gingrich. The EPA is based on being what's in between people and pollution; its the way we provide some basic protections to kids and families and communities that live in the shadow of the nation's dirtiest polluters.
