Michelle Wu

Attorney

Michelle Wu has worked on cases to safeguard clean water, advance energy efficiency, and protect communities from pollution. Prior to joining NRDC, she clerked for Judge Denny Chin on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Carol B. Amon on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She holds a bachelor’s degree in ecology and evolutionary biology from Princeton University, a master’s degree in environment and resources from Stanford University, and a JD from Stanford Law School, where she served as an editor-in-chief of the Stanford Environmental Law Journal. She is based in NRDC's New York office.
