So I’m sitting at home this weekend, enjoying a bit of TV before firing up the grill—a sunny, suburban Chicago afternoon—when all of sudden this commercial comes across my screen:
Not everything was meant to be tamed. Not everything was meant to messed with….Roam free.
Really, really? “Not everything was meant to be tamed” from a state that fights to maintain feeding stations for its “wild” elk, which create the perfect unnaturally crowded conditions for disease transmission? "Not everything was meant to be messed with," from a state that wants to classify wolves as predators across most of the state, which could then be shot on sight by anyone at anytime?
Give me a break.
