NRDC Final Comments to Pay As You Drive Auto Insurance Regulations

NRDC comments to California Department of Insurance expressing support for implementing usage-based auto insurance, popularly known as Pay As You Drive (PAYD). We recommend strengthening the proposed regulations by making PAYD a required offering in California and solution that's good for the environment and good for the fight against global warming.
