Notice of Intent to Sue AQMD

Sixty-day notice of intent to sue letter sent to the South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD) today. The letter alleges violations of the federal Clean Air Act by the air district in distributing invalid emission reduction credits to polluting facilities in Southern California.
