CRS Report: EPA’s Boiler MACT: Controlling Emissions of Hazardous Air Pollutants

The cement industry, incinerator operators and companies that use boilers for heat and power, have criticized the EPA rules as job-killers, this January 2011 study by the independent Congressional Research Service (CRS) found "little credence" to such transparently self-serving warnings.
