Complaint Challenging Permit to Raise the Bayonne Bridge

Complaint filed by NRDC on July 31, 2013, in its case against the U.S. Coast Guard and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, challenging the issuance of a permit amendment allowing the Port to raise the Bayonne Bridge, in violation of the National Environmental Policy Act.
