Deafening Silence

These kids want the presidential candidates to spend more time talking science.

January 15, 2016

Another presidential debate took place last night, on the heels of the historic COP21 agreement, so of course the candidates thoroughly discussed the topic of climate change.

Hahaha, if only... Climate actually wasn’t mentioned once. The kids in the above video, produced by the nonprofit ScienceDebate.org, have noticed that talk of science and the environment remains conspicuously absent from the debates. And the next generation of clean water advocates, honey bee researchers, climate scientists, and voters is not at all impressed.
