Climate change skeptics have it all wrong

Whatever so called climate skeptics say about [climate] data just doesn't characterize the data adequately...It's as simple as that.

Stephan Lewandowsky, a psychologist at the University of Bristol, comments on a new paper that finds climate change doubters present objective climate data in misleading ways. The study had unbiased experts from other fields evaluate the skeptics' claims.

Massachusetts kids win climate change lawsuit

The state isn't on track to meet its goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions 25 percent by 2020, so four youngsters sued the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection for failing to issue new regulations. Yesterday the state Supreme Judicial Court ruled in their favor. The victory is the latest in a series of winning climate change lawsuits brought by young people (who will also suffer the most climate consequences). EcoWatch

Australia lays off prominent climate scientist

John Church is among the top 10 climate scientists in the world…I am stunned. It is sad and embarrassing for the Australian government.

NASA climate scientist Joshua Willis comments on the news that a prominent climate researcher was among the 275 scientists to be laid off by CSIRO, Australia's national science agency. The layoffs are part of the agency's shift away from climate research and have sparked outrage from scientists around the world.
