Sweden wants to give tax breaks for getting things repaired -
The country is submitting proposals to parliament to cut the tax rate on bicycle, clothing, and shoe repairs from 25 percent to 12 percent, and to allow Swedes to claim just half of the cost of labor for repairing large appliances on their income taxes.
