Scott Pruitt is nominated to lead the EPA, an agency he's sued multiple times

Pruitt is fundamentally opposed to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s mission and has used his position as Oklahoma’s attorney general to sue the EPA multiple times. He’s also received more than $318,000 from fossil-fuel companies since 2002. Over the past two years, nearly half of the donations made to his affiliated super PAC, Liberty 2.0, came from the energy sector.
