
President Trump signed into law a Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution that revokes the Bureau of Land Management's rules ensuring public input on decisions affecting nearly 250 million acres of federal lands. And because the CRA purports to bar federal agencies from ever making similar rules to those rescinded, the voices of citizens could be silenced in favor of corporations forever.
