Evite Consumir Pescado Contaminado

Los niños menores de seis años y las mujeres embarazadas o que piensan quedar embarazadas, son más vulnerables a los efectos dañinos del mercurio que consumen. Las mujeres deben empezar a reducir la cantidad de pescado con mercurio un año antes de quedar embarazadas.
