William M. Arkin

William M. Arkin is a consultant to the NRDC Nuclear Program and author of The U.S. Military Online: A Directory for Internet Access to the Department of Defense (Brassey's, 1997). With Norris, he writes the "NRDC Nuclear Notebook" in the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists and is the author or coauthor of numerous books on nuclear weapons matters. Dr. Robert S. Norris

Dr. Robert S. Norris is a Senior Staff Analyst with the NRDC Nuclear Program and Director of the Nuclear Weapons Databook Project. He is co-editor of the Nuclear Weapons Databook series, the five-volume definitive encyclopedia of nuclear weapons. He can be reached at rnorris@nrdc.org
