Ella Norman works to advance equitable building decarbonization and environmental justice policies in California, Colorado, and New Mexico. Prior to joining NRDC, she worked alongside frontline communities in the Bay Area to address the health impacts of air pollution. Norman holds a bachelor's degree in human biology from Stanford University and is based in NRDC’s San Francisco office.
