Eric Miller

Director, New Jersey Energy Policy, Climate & Energy

Eric Miller is an energy and climate expert working to advance sound climate policy in mid-Atlantic states, including New Jersey. Prior this role, Miller served as the executive director of New Jersey's Office of Climate Action and the Green Economy under Governor Murphy, where he focused on clean energy deployment, building decarbonization, offshore wind, transportation electrification, and multi-state advocacy at the PJM Interconnection. He returns to NRDC with more than a decade of experience as a utility and energy regulatory attorney and clean energy advocate. Miller holds a bachelor's degree in resource economics from the University of Connecticut and a JD from Villanova University Law School.
