Eric Miller works to advance clean energy policy in the state of New Jersey. His current areas of focus include energy efficiency and conservation, transportation, and renewable energy initiatives. Prior to joining NRDC, Miller served as the policy counsel to the Keystone Energy Efficiency Alliance, where he worked on energy efficiency and utility business model reform policies in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He holds a bachelor’s degree in resource economics from the University of Connecticut and a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
