A couple of weeks ago, the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection issued a letter criticizing NRDC’s recently released report on the problems associated with fracking wastewater, particularly in the Marcellus Shale region: In Fracking’s Wake: New Rules are Needed to Protect Our Health and Environment from Contaminated Wastewater.
NRDC has issued this letter in response.
