These reports capture the proceedings of a daylong workshop hosted by the Montgomery County Green Bank in Annapolis, Maryland, on June 7, 2018. The workshop brought together green bank practitioners from across the country with local county and government officials in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Part I provided an opportunity to share best practices about the green bank model and a forum for questions about how to stand up and operate a green bank.
