In response to Governor Andrew Cuomo's proposal for a $1 billion New York green bank, in January 2013 Reed Hundt of the Coalition for Clean Capital, Mark Muro of the Brookings Institution, and Richard Kauffman of the Department of Energy led a discussion on state-level financing initiatives for clean energy and energy efficiency projects.
