More evidence that oil and gas producers can measure their greenhouse gasses

An article in today's Casper Star-Tribune outlines Encana's efforts to measure its greenhouse gas emissions in Wyoming, which has added jobs in the process. According to Encana spokesman Randy Teeuwen: "It's the good business model, and it's in our own interest to reduce emissions for a variety of reasons. One being it keeps the product we produce in the revenue stream." The proposed rule that would require companies to report these emissions to the EPA makes sense.
