Wyoming's hydraulic fracturing chemical disclosure rules lead the way

In a recent Denver Post column, David Sirota explains very clearly why Wyoming's new rules governing the disclosure of hydraulic fracturing chemicals make sense. Sirota wrote: "This standard should, of course, be the regulatory rule, not the exception."

if Wyoming can do this, Sirota writes, and companies willingly comply, "then so can every other state."

We couldn't agree more.
