Andy Doyle
Andrew (Andy) Doyle has decades of experience litigating civil environmental cases, having argued and conducted trials in federal district courts across the country in the posture of a plaintiff, defendant, and intervenor. He has also argued in many federal courts of appeals and assisted the Office of the Solicitor General on matters before the U.S. Supreme Court. Prior to joining NRDC, Doyle served as a senior attorney and field office manager at the U.S. Department of Justice Environment & Natural Resources Division. He has a JD from Stetson University College of Law, where he served as a law review editor, tried criminal cases as a special assistant public defender, and graduated as valedictorian. Doyle clerked for the Honorable Joseph W. Hatchett of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and for the Honorable Elizabeth A. Kovachevich of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is based in NRDC's San Francisco office.
