Austin Lee

Litigation Paralegal

Prior to joining NRDC, Austin Lee worked as an educator and development associate at the More Gardens Fund, where he organized environmental justice workshops for families in New York and helped secure capital grants for community gardens. Lee also founded and continues to lead a disability advocacy nonprofit that bridges accessibility gaps in the performing arts. He holds a bachelor's degree in sustainable development and political science from Columbia University. During his time at Columbia, Lee was a part of the Sustainable Development Goals Hub, where he supported local environmental justice leaders and food sovereignty efforts in Upper Manhattan, and served as a print editor for the undergraduate law review. Lee is based in NRDC's New York office.
