Daniel Rosenberg

Daniel Rosenberg works to ensure that federal agencies fulfill their obligations to regulate toxic chemicals and protect the public. He also focuses on thwarting never-ending chemical industry efforts to block or weaken environmental and public health laws and agency initiatives. Rosenberg previously served as environmental counsel to the late Senator Frank Lautenberg and worked as an attorney in NRDC’s Water program, where he focused primarily on protection of wetlands. He is based in the Washington, D.C., office.
