Hyacinthe (Yass) Naré leads NRDC's efforts in emerging climate solutions and global partnerships and works to strengthen our work in India. He oversees initiatives at the intersection of energy, climate, and public health, with a focus on green hydrogen, green steel, critical minerals, and lead toxicity. Naré holds a master of environmental management with a specialization in energy and environment from Yale University and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is based in NRDC’s Washington, D.C., office.
