Bella Sullivan (she/her)

Bella Sullivan works on ocean protection in California and advocates against illegal fishing. Before her role in NRDC's Oceans division, she was on the organization's Transportation team as a year-long Schneider Fellow. Prior to joining NRDC, Sullivan worked for several Indigenous groups and organizations focused on furthering Indigenous sovereignty as an environmental solution. Sullivan holds a bachelor's degree in ocean, climate, and atmospheric science and a master's degree in environmental communication from Stanford University. She is based in NRDC's San Francisco office.
