Jacqueline Woo

Jacqueline Woo joined NRDC in March 2026 in a new role for the organization that was designed to strengthen NRDC’s internal functions. As a key member of the executive leadership team, Woo oversees the finance, accounting, information technology, and workplace strategy teams, helping ensure that our internal systems, structures, and resources are aligned to support NRDC’s mission and staff.  

Previously, Woo served in senior financial and operational leadership roles at mission-driven institutions, including as chief financial officer at the Whitney Museum of American Art as well as at Acumen, a global nonprofit investing in solutions to poverty. Across her career, Woo has led complex finance, IT, and operations functions; strengthened internal controls and systems; overseen large budgets and endowments; and partnered closely with boards and executive teams. Woo received her bachelor’s in international relations at Wellesley College and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She is based in the New York office.
