Jared Solomon

Beagle Fellow

Jared Solomon holds a bachelor's degree in environmental earth sciences and government from Dartmouth College and a JD from Harvard Law School. Prior to joining NRDC, Solomon clerked for Judge Alan Bond Johnson at the U.S. District Court for the Federal District of Wyoming. During law school, he served as a teaching fellow for Harvard’s environmental law course, an article editor for the Harvard Environmental Law Review, and a student practitioner with the Emmett Environmental Law and Policy Clinic. He has also worked with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Environmental and Natural Resources Division, the Maine attorney general’s Natural Resources Division, and the Earth Law Center. Solomon is based in NRDC's Washington, D.C., office.
