Prior to joining NRDC as an attorney, Prange represented public agencies and environmental organizations in land use and environmental matters at Shute, Mihaly & Weinberger LLP. She also clerked for the Honorable Cormac J. Carney on the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Prange holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and political science from University of Oregon, a master’s degree in environmental health sciences from UCLA School of Public Health, and a J.D. from UCLA School of Law. She is based in NRDC’s San Francisco office.
