Kudos to these kids and to Environmental Defense for putting together this ad. As I've mentioned earlier, Monday is a big day for the future of Manhattan and congestion pricing. The Times editorialized on the issue again on Friday. Some of my colleagues that are better informed than me are cautiously optimistic, but man, I don't appreciate the brinkmanship. Just do it!
