Biden Nominates Three New FERC Commissioners

WASHINGTON – Today President Biden announced three new nominations for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission: Judy W. Chang, David Rosner, and Lindsay S. See.

Following is a reaction from Christy Walsh, Senior Attorney with the Sustainable FERC Project at NRDC (Natural Resources Defense Council.)

“FERC urgently needs a full Commission so it can shape the future of the grid to provide the affordable, reliable and clean power America deserves. We hope for a swift and robust confirmation process that will give the nominees a chance to offer their perspectives and plans on key issues like transmission, interconnection, markets, gas regulation, and environmental justice.”
