Ariana Gonzalez
Director, Equitable Policy, Climate & Clean Energy Program
Ariana Gonzalez provides guidance and support for nurturing more just, equitable, and inclusive processes, partnerships, and policies. She also acts as a liaison between her program and the newly created Environment, Equity, and Justice Center at NRDC. Prior to this role, Gonzalez spent eight years working on Public Utility Commission dockets, state climate legislation, and community engagement in Michigan and Colorado. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science and environmental policy from Northwestern University and a master's degree in environmental management from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. She is based in Denver.
