Catherine Cox Blair

Catherine Cox Blair provides communities with technical assistance and expertise regarding city-led innovation and the forging of private-public partnerships. Prior to joining NRDC, she worked at Reconnecting America, where she managed sustainable-development projects in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Denver, and Atlanta and helped plan and implement communities anchored by mass transit. She has also worked as a planner for the city of Denver. Blair is a commissioner of the Denver Urban Renewal Authority. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech and a master’s from the University of Virginia. She is based in Denver.
