Cullen Howe advocates for renewable energy as part of the Climate & Clean Energy program in the Eastern region. Previously, he was senior attorney and New York office director at Acadia Center, where he focused on clean energy policy in New York. He holds a J.D. and a master's in environmental law from Vermont Law School and a bachelor's degree from DePauw University.
