Jeff Fralick helps execute the Industry and Emerging Technologies team's domestic and international hydrofluorocarbon reduction strategies under the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act and the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol, respectively, and also contributes to work on other non-CO2 climate pollutants. Prior to joining NRDC, he worked at the intersection of climate and financial risk at the Environmental Defense Fund. Fralick holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental and sustainability sciences from Cornell University and a master’s in sustainability science from Columbia University. He is based in NRDC's Washington, D.C., office.
