Ariana Gonzalez advances the analysis and advocacy of equitable clean energy in state policies and utility portfolios. She is also dedicated to bringing new voices and partners into the state's energy forums. As part of NRDC's Energy Efficiency for All project, Gonzalez helped court investment and shape programs for affordable multifamily housing throughout several midwestern states. After working in NRDC's Chicago office and leading the Michigan energy work for six years, she now directs climate and clean energy work in Colorado. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science and environmental policy from Northwestern University and a master's degree in environmental management from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. She is based in Denver.
