Carter Rubin advocates for creating transportation options that reduce carbon emissions and support equitable access for all. Rubin previously served for five years in the Los Angeles mayor’s office working on transportation policy and performance management. He earned his master's in urban and regional planning at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he focused his studies on transportation, land use, and parking. He is based in the Los Angeles office.
