
The Newark Education Workers Caucus (NEW Caucus) and NRDC (Natural Resources Defense Council) announced plans to sue the City of Newark and the Acting Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) for violating the federal drinking water law, resulting in elevated levels of lead in drinking water.
