NRDC Petition for Review of the US Department of Energy's Final Rule on GSL and GSIL Definitions

NRDC, along with coalition partners, has now filed two lawsuits challenging decisions by the U.S. Department of Energy related to common household light bulbs:

Natural Resources Defense Council, Sierra Club, Consumer Federation of America, Massachusetts Union of Public Housing Tenants, Environment America, and U.S. Public Interest Research Group hereby petition for review of the final rule of the United States Department of Energy titled “Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for General Service Incandescent Lamps,” published at 84 Fed. Reg. 71,626 on December 27, 2019. Filed Feb. 25, 2020.
