Jess Moo Young
Industry, Hydrogen, and Innovation Policy Fellow, Climate & Clean Energy Program
Jess Moo Young works on policy issues including industrial decarbonization and emerging technologies. Prior to joining NRDC, Moo Young supported climate adaptation and mitigation policy implementation at the NDC Partnership, an initiative of the World Resources Institute and UN Climate Change. She also has experience in sustainable development programming at Habitat for Humanity International. Moo Young holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Davidson College and is currently a public policy and management master's student at Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College. She is based in NRDC's Washington, D.C., office.
