Lissa Lynch

Lissa Lynch advocates for and defends policy efforts to cut carbon pollution and other greenhouse gas emissions that are fueling climate change. Prior to joining NRDC, she was an associate at the Georgetown Climate Center, where she worked with state and federal officials to support development and implementation of federal carbon pollution limits for the power sector. She began her career as a contractor to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center. She is based in Washington, D.C.
