Rebecca Loomis

Rebecca Loomis promotes ocean health by working to prevent offshore fossil fuel development and advance responsible offshore renewable energy. She was previously a legal fellow through a joint program between NRDC and Yale Law School. Loomis graduated from Wesleyan University before going on to receive her JD from Yale Law School and a master's in environmental management from the Yale School of the Environment. She is based in NRDC's New York office.
