Schneider Fellow, Eastern Region, Climate & Clean Energy program
Ada Statler wants to bring more sustainable, affordable electricity to the communities that need it. As a Schneider Fellow with the Climate and Clean Energy Program, she is working on a range of issues from electricity market reform to offshore wind development. Prior to joining NRDC, Statler interned at the Audubon Society, where she worked on renewable energy siting in the American West, and the Environmental Defense Fund, where she worked on methane reductions in the natural gas supply chain. She holds a bachelor's degree in earth systems from Stanford University, where she was also the editor-in-chief of The Stanford Daily. Statler is based in New York.
