Neeti Jain

Neeti Jain assists with litigation on cases such as enforcing the Clean Air Act against the E.D. Edwards coal-fired power plant in Illinois, protecting the federal Migratory Bird Treaty Act, stopping the California WaterFix diversion project in the Bay-Delta estuary, and fighting the use of toxic chemicals in food and consumer products. Prior to joining NRDC, Jain worked at the University of Chicago, leading initiatives to increase access to higher education for rural and underrepresented students in California and New York. She holds a B.A. in biological sciences from the University of Chicago and is based in NRDC’s Chicago office.
